Mindful Bike Ride through the town of Davie 
Saturday, October 18th, 2008
At 8 A.M. 
Tree Tops Park
 
This event is free* and open to the public so bring your friends and family!
 
Join the Broward Lotus Sangha for a Mindful Bike Ride from Tree Tops Park through the town of Davie paved trails to Robbins Park, on to Long Key Nature Center and Natural Area at 3501 SW 130 Ave., and back to Tree Tops Park. A gentle, family friendly, 6-mile ride (round trip) with stops for mindful walking and communing with nature. 
 
*There is a $1.50 fee for entrance to Tree Tops Park payable at the park.
 
Be mindful of your safety and wear a helmet.
 
PLEASE REMEMBER TO WEAR YOUR SANGHA T-SHIRT IF YOU HAVE ONE
And bring water and snacks.

Directions: 
>From I- 595: exit at Nob Hill Road.  Travel 2.5 miles south on Nob Hill Road.    Tree Tops Park will be on the left hand side.
 
>From I-95:  Exit at Griffin Road.  Travel west approximately 8.2 miles to Nob Hill Road.  Turn right.  Travel ¼ mile north.  The entrance to the park will be on the right hand side (east side) of the road.
 
>From I-75: Exit at Griffin Road East, travel east on Griffin approximately 4.7 miles to Nob Hill Road.  Turn left. Travel ¼ mile north.  The entrance to the park will be on the right hand side (east side) of the road.
