Are pleased to invite you to a MINDFUL HIKE AT GUMBO LIMBO NATURE CENTER

*Saturday, January 17TH, 2009*

*10 A.M.*

 *This event is free and open to the public so bring your friends and
family!*



Join us for a family-friendly mindful hike at Gumbo Limbo Nature Center.
Stroll through the butterfly garden, climb the observation tower located on
the winding boardwalk through pristine coastal hammock, and visit the
saltwater tanks brimming with marine life, including sea turtles, fish and
rays.

*Difficulty Level*: Easy --- All Ages Welcome (Bring the Kids!)

*What To Bring/Wear*: Sun protection, hat, non-alcoholic beverages, snacks
or brown bag lunch. Please remember to wear your *Peace is Every
Step*Sangha T-Shirt if you have one.

*Directions*: Directions from I-95

Take I-95 to Palmetto Park Road

East on Palmetto Park Road to A1A

Left (North) on A1A

Gumbo Limbo will be approximately 1 mile on your left.
