HIS HOLINESS THE 14th DALAI LAMA*

As announced during our Sangha Meetings, His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama of
Tibet has accepted the invitation of leaders from several Buddhist and
educational organizations, including the Presidents of the *Broward Lotus
Sangha*, ChakraSamvara Center, and six South Florida Colleges and
Universities to return to our State for a third visit next month. (See link

On Tuesday, February 23, Sangha members will get together for a Tailgate
Party Brownbag Lunch at 12 noon, followed by The Dalai Lama's Teaching on
GLOBAL COMPASSION at 1:30pm, and a Starbucks Tea Party starting immediately
after the Dalai Lama's Teaching. Join us for this auspicious occasion!

Although all the tickets we had in a block have now been spoken for by
sangha members. Tickets may still be available through Ticket Master see

own ticket in order to attend. *

Heading North or South
>From Florida’s Turnpike, Exit at I-595, proceed west to University Drive.
Turn left (south) onto University Drive. Proceed approximately 1 ½ miles and
turn left onto SW 30 St (Abe Fischler Blvd.) Continue approximately ½ mile
and turn right into the North entrance of the campus (this is Ray Ferrero,
Jr. Blvd.) The public parking garage is located on the right.

Proceed to University Drive. Turn (south) onto University Drive. Proceed
approximately 1 ½ miles and turn left onto SW 30 St (Abe Fischler Blvd.)
