Meditation practice* In the Tradition of *Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh
*and *Vegetarian
Potluck*

*Mindful 4th of July Fireworks Display Watching*
Across the Street at Pines Recreation Center 7400 Pines Boulevard (North
Perry Airport)

   - It would be advisable to arrive by 6:15p.m. in order to give yourself a
   chance to drop off your dish, mindfully settle in and become acquainted with
   the Sangha.


   - Bring a blanket to sit on and healthy vegetarian dish, finger foods or
   snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages to share with the Sangha. There is a
   microwave oven if you bring something that should be heated.


   - Please consider bringing your own non-disposable plate/cup/utensils to
   be kind to the Earth Mother.
