   Come to
   - Learn how to practice the Art of Mindful Living one breath at a time
   - Enjoy detailed instructions on how to practice sitting, walking, and
   moving meditation
   - Have the opportunity to get questions about your practice answered in a
   supportive and safe environment
   - Share a cup of Mindful Tea with us,
   and
   - Get assistance on how to develop a daily mindfulness practice
   - Deepen your practice and help create a support group of Spiritual
   Friends with whom you can cultivate joy and happiness and Smile to one
   another

   And, if you are one of the people that attended our Retreats and/or
   previous Mindfulness classes, come to
   - Continue to practice the teachings we learned on those days as well!

**No Prior Experience Is Necessary To Participate**

*Instruction Is Appropriate For Both Beginner And Intermediate Levels*

In the spirit of generosity and inclusiveness, classes are being offered for
a nominal contribution of $15.00. However, *your generosity in providing
additional voluntary donations for the instructors, the Institute, and the
Sangha are gratefully accepted and encouraged*. *The minimum donation
requested to participate in this event is $15.00 by check mailed in advance
and $20.00 if paid at the door*.

Lotus Sangha to: P.O. Box 245124, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024. *(If instead you
bring cash or check to one of the Sangha meetings before this event, please
make sure we know what it's for!). ***Please register early as space is
