<div style="TEXT-ALIGN: left" class="gmail_quote">We will enjoy sitting and walking meditation, tea meditation, discussion, and sharing. Feel free to bring healthy teas, finger foods or snacks to share with the Sangha during the Tea Meditation. <br>
<br>We begin our 30 minute sitting meditation promptly at 6:30 pm, followed by a period of walking meditation. <br><br>It is advisable to arrive by 6:15p.m. in order to give yourself a chance to mindfully settle in and become acquainted with the Sangha. <br>
