[BLS-Special-Events] Thank you for making Peace is Every Step a resounding success this weekend!

The Broward Lotus Sangha and The Vietnamese Buddhist Cultural Center of Florida would like to thank you for making Peace is Every Step a resounding success this weekend.  Thanks to this wonderful program, we where able to bring Zen Master Thich Nhẩt Hanh’s message of peace to close to 300 people, many of them completely new to the practice.  
 
It was delightful to be able to get together with so many Sangha Brothers and Sisters, meet new friends, share delicious vegetarian food, be exposed Thay’s teachings, and listen to a lively dharma talk by Venerable Brother Thich Huong Hue sprinkled with great wisdom and good humor.  (Sorry we missed some of you, though. We know many people who had not purchased tickets in advance were turned away at the door by the theater as Peace is Every Step was completely sold out by Sunday morning).  
 
The Broward Lotus Sangha is especially grateful to all our volunteers without whose efforts Peace is Every Step would not have been possible (in alphabetical order): B.B., Chan Dao An, Emily, Emunah, Faith, Gladys, Hoa, Jose, Khuong Nguyen, Le Thi Le, Linda, Lydia, Martha, Osiris, Patricia, Pete, Randy, Sally, Thich Dong Nhut, Thich Huong Hue, Thich Nhuan Tin, Thich Tinh Nhon, Thuan Dang Thich Nu, Tue Chon Thich Nu, Twila, and many others (please forgive us if we missed anyone).
 
May our diligent efforts and skillful actions continue to open many doors to the Dharma and may the positive energy generated by this event be of benefit to all beings.
