Invite you to Enjoy a Mindful Walk, Storytelling and Educational Events 
In Celebration of Native American Heritage Day 
Saturday, October 17 
10 am to 2 pm

This family-friendly event is open to the public, so bring your friends!




10 am Story telling with Everett Osceola of the Ah-Ta-Thi-Ki Museum 

11 am Prehistory of Florida Native Americans lecture with Michelle Williams with the Florida Public Archaeology Network 

12 pm Ethno-Botanical Mindful Plant Walk

1 pm Native American Heritage lecture with Everett Osceola of the Ah-Ta-Thi-Ki Museum 

There will also be crafts for children during the event

take State Road 84 (Marina Mile Road), exit #9. Go approximately two miles east on State Road 84, over drawbridge. Make designated U-turn after second traffic light (S.W. 26th Terrace). The nature center entrance is on the right (north) side.
