We will enjoy sitting and walking meditation, tea meditation, discussion,
and sharing. Feel free to bring healthy teas, finger foods or snacks to
share with the Sangha during the Tea Meditation.

We begin our 30 minute sitting meditation promptly at 6:30 pm, followed by a
period of walking meditation.

It is advisable to arrive by 6:15p.m. in order to give yourself a chance to
mindfully settle in and become acquainted with the Sangha.
